During the summer 2003 a group of retreatants gathered to join in the Three Years Retreat from November 2003 until March 2007. Four women and six men, secretary and cook took part continuously. Six practitioners came for shorter periods. They were between 35 and 72 years old and are of German, French and American nationality.

We came from various backgrounds to study and train in the important meditation methods of the Karma Kamtsang Tradition.

This booklet gives a short overview over the retreat time. We would like to apologize for all mistakes and shortcomings you may find.
